European Export Road Freight Clerk – Essex – VR/21718
Our client, a Global Freight Forwarding company is currently looking to recruit a European Export Road Freight Clerk to join their team in Bradford.
Main duties and roles of the European Export Road Freight Clerk
Manage the Export process for the Road Operations department
Obtain all necessary information to ensure correct measures are in place and customer needs are met
Liaise between suppliers, forwarders and agents to obtain up to date shipment information
Keep customers informed of their shipments progress
Liaise fully with transport companies to ensure deliveries are met
Maintain all files ensuring they are costed and billed correctly in accordance with procedures provided by management;
Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Skills and Experience required for the European Export Road Freight Clerk
Minimum 2 years experience in Road Freight
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Good knowledge of all import documentation

Ordinary working hours 0900-1730 Hours – Monday to Friday with One hour for Lunch
Location – Bradford
During Covid restrictions some working from home as directed.
22 Days holiday per year.
The successful Road Freight Export Coordinator will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience.
