Melissa has been working in supply chain with leading retail, wholesale and distribution companies for the last 20 years, after initially training as accountant with Ernst & Young. Her experience has spanned from working in the US and across Europe with companies such as Asda, Pets At Home, Le Creuset, Pep Boys, American Stores and Otsuka Pharmaceuticals. After selling her web application business in 2008, Melissa consulted for a period before joining the supply chain company AGR UK Ltd in 2010 and was made Managing Director in 2013.
Melissa will be writing a regular column for My Logistics Magazine starting from this month.
