With a background in social and market research, David Gadd has run ICO3 for more than 14 years as both a director and as an entrepreneur, and has been instrumental in building the company from just 4 employees to 27 in three years. He has also had a huge impact upon the company’s E Commerce model which is almost a one million pound turnover business. David Gadd says of the ICO3 business model:

This model is very research based with a strong emphasis on reflective business practices so that our processes are more cost effective. For example, by looking at patterns of behaviour on websites we can make sensible decisions about how to improve them. Our whole business approach is based on setting Key Performance Indicators and then matching them against our costs so we can maximise our return on investment.
Before ICO3 I was engaged in a variety of research projects and businesses in a variety of settings including Mental Health, Education and Nursing in both the UK and Australia.
