After gaining an electrical engineering degree at Leeds Metropolitan University, Jon gained broad experience in the development and manufacturing of electronic hardware and software.
Jon joined Belgravium plc, the parent company to TouchStar Technologies, as Sales Director in 1996 and has developed extensive experience in the mobile data capture market, designing rugged mobile computing and software solutions.
Now as Group Operations Director Jon is responsible for research into new and future technologies. He works closely with the TouchStar team, tracking the latest developments in technology to create innovative solutions that boost competitive advantage in the logistics and warehousing sectors.
Jon is the former chairman of the UK arm of AIM, a global organisation set up to promote Automatic Data Collection throughout all aspects of the business world.
