Sigi Osagie is a writer, speaker, business consultant, coach and interim executive. His experience has spanned line, functional and project responsibilities in several industry sectors, including delivering transformation/change programmes to enhance procurement and supply chain management capability in several countries.
Sigi is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Chartered Engineer and member of The Society of Authors; The Institution of Engineering & Technology; and The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply. He holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and a BEng (Hons) from Greenwich University. He was awarded a ‘Distinction’ for his MBA dissertation on ‘management effectiveness and organizational performance’ and was subsequently approached to publish it as a business book.
Sigi is 44 and lives in London with his wife. He originally arrived in the UK as an African immigrant with holes in his shoes, penniless and no address book. Yet, just fourteen years later he was a global director in a blue-chip FTSE 250 multinational. His success climbing the corporate ladder and, subsequently as an independent consultant, coach and interim executive, is founded on the principles of effectiveness – the same principles Procurement Mojo teaches.
