Air Export Coordinator – Manchester – VR/21952
The Company & Role:
Our client, a leading independent freight forwarder; is currently looking for an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join their small team in Manchester.
The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate operations for air exports from quote to invoice. You will be required to follow a workflow process with set KPIs.
Air Export Coordinator duties include:
- Export Quotations
- Job Creation
- Export Customs Entries
- Document Creation
- Post-Flight Follow Up
- Monitoring of overseas agents through to delivery
- Invoicing
- WIPS/ACCRUALS/DMR Management
Skills required from Air Export Coordinator:
- 3-4 Years working in an airfreight office.
- Current Dangerous Goods by Air Certificate
- Understanding of Process Flows.
- Understanding of AEO and operating within an AEO environment.
- Cargowise Experience preferred
