Airfreight Export Clerk – Hampshire – VR/21751
Our client offers air, rail road and sea freight forwarding services in Europe and the UK. They are currently looking for an Airfreight Export Clerk to join their team in Hampshire.
Airfreight Export Clerk Duties:
- Quoting clients for shipments
- Negotiating rates with airlines
- Arranging transportation for collections & deliveries
- Customer contact and liaison
- Cutting air waybills & MAWB
- Completing export customs entries
- Sending post flights to the clients
- Invoicing shipments and collecting payments
Experience:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- In-depth Airfreight knowledge
- IATA DG certification would also be advantageous
In return the Airfreight Export Clerk will receive a salary depending on skills experience.
