Our client, a Global Relocations/Moving company are looking for a Client Services Manager to joint their team based in Middlesex, to manage and lead a team of Mobility Advisors who are directly supporting and relocating families across the world.
As the Client Services Manager, you will help and advise the team with their day-to-day queries with regards to the moving process and general customer service management.
The successful Client Services Manager will have 5+ years’ experience in the international relocation industry, have previous experience as an expat and be an experienced People manager.
Duties of the Client Services Manager:
Ensure the team are trained and upskilled on job costs
Being the 1st point of escalation for Clients if they require – leading client calls and managing the recurring client status reports that they require
Review caseloads with the team on a weekly basis
Ensure the team’s billing reports are up to date and in line with client KPI’s and internal KPI’s.
Manage the relocation of VIP’s, managing both the household goods element and the destination services of their move to ensure it is as simple as possible for the customer.
Ensuring costs are being accounted for and margins are being maximised on each job.
In return, you will be offered a salary depending on experience and after the probation period, there will be an option for hybrid working, where you can work from home 2 days a week (max.).
