Our client a well-respected relocation provider is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Removals Manager to oversee a small team of three and manage key corporate accounts. This is a full time, permanent position based in East Sussex, in return for OTE earnings in the region of £45k.
As Corporate Removals Manager, you’ll be leading by example to drive the teams performance forward. Ensuring targets are met, whilst also demonstrating a willingness to perform the operational tasks alongside the managerial role. On a day to day basis you will be dealing with Account Management for the key corporate accounts, including file handling. Other managerial duties include monitoring sales versus targets, financial management (invoicing, pricing, profit margin) liaising with the Corporate Sales Director, troubleshooting, training and development of the team.
We’re keen to speak to motivational individuals who have proven experience in Corporate Household Goods, DSP/ Relocation Services, and also Trade, within the Removals or Relocations industry. You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with everything managerial from training new team members and developing existing staff; through to team-building, appraising staff performance and decision making.
Excellent team building and people management skills as well as being able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure are imperative attributes for a successful Corporate Removals Manager. If you have what it takes we want to hear from you!
Corporate Removals Manager Duties include:

Experience required from the Corporate Removals Manager:
- Experience in Corporate Household Goods, DSP/ Relocation Services, and also Trade
- Corporate Moves & Relocation Industry knowledge
- Articulate communicator
- Commercially astute (knowledge of structuring proposals, understands margins)
- Proactive approach
- The ability to provide solutions
- Ability to lead teams
- Full Driving Licence
- Computer literate
