Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator – Removals
Salary: Up to £27,000
Location: Croydon, CR9

Our client is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator to join their removals team, training will be given. A typical day will involve dealing with incoming calls and emails, booking appointments for video/field sales colleagues, creating and sending out quotes and coordinating moves.

The Role
You will be looking after customers with their shipments overseas and will be part of a team, making sure that customers receive the best possible service and fastest results that can be delivered .
What you’ll do:
Providing Customer care at the highest level
Coordinating outbound international moves
Dealing with exports procedures, i.e. booking containers and shipments
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring all relevant parties are kept up to date with information required
Creating and sending quotes
What you need:
Strong Customer Service background
Exceptionally organised
Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role although training will be given
Technologically proficient and familiarity with MS office software
An ability to communicate with various people at different levels
