Our client, specialists in Freight Forwarding and International Relocations are currently seeking an Export Administrator to join their team based in East London.
As the Export Administrator, you will work alongside the sales and operational team to assist with all shipping and operational duties.
Main duties of the Export Administration:
Liaise with customers to gather necessary information, book shipments, provide regular updates, and address any inquiries or concerns regarding orders.
Coordinate export shipments with carriers, warehouses, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process.
Prepare all necessary export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions such as shipping schedules, tracking information, and related documentation.
The successful Export Administrator will have good operational knowledge of the Shipping industry, previous experience working in and Administrative role and excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook), along with Customs Clearance experience in CDS
