As the Export Customer Service Clerk, you will be working alongside the operations team, placing bookings onto the company system from the sales team and clients, and ensuring freight is received.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience, excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills – both verbally and written.
Export Customer Service Clerk Duties:
Contacting hauliers to obtain the best prices
Liaising with customers, overseas agents and vendors
Dealing with queries from clients
General customer service duties
