Our client, who specialise in the storage, transport and installation of art, are currently seeking a Fine Art Technician for their team based in London.
As the Fine Art Technician, you will be working closely with other technicians, using the appropriate equipment to safely handling artwork, wrapping and packing fragile artwork (training will be provided).
Other duties of the Fine Art Technician:
Ensure all art is handled with the utmost care
Completing all operational paperwork
Assisting colleagues, suppliers and customers resolve any security issues
Liaising with job coordinator on a daily basis
The successful Fine Art Technician will ideally have some industry experience, good understanding of how to properly handle fragile items, and a 5-year trackable background with a clean criminal record.
Having excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of the public are good attributes for this role.
