We are working with a global Transport and Logistics company who are currently seeking a new Freight Internal Sales to join their team based in Suffolk.
The role of the Freight Internal Sales is to seek new sales opportunities via cold calls & emails and build strong relationships with new clients.
You will be regularly communicating with both new and existing customers, finding out their needs and requirements.
Other responsibilities will include:
Find and develop new sales leads.
Upselling services the company has to offer.
Contact overseas Agents for rates & services.
Keep in regular contact with key accounts.
Oversee the database of prospects.
To be a successful Freight Internal Sales, you will need to have a good understanding of the Shipping industry.
We are looking for candidates who have previous Sales experience and strong customer service skills.
