A new opportunity has arisen for a Gallery Services Coordinator to join our client based in London, who specialise in the storage, transport and installation of art.
You role as the Gallery Services Coordinator is to deal with external suppliers such as overseas agents to ensure they are completing jobs correctly.
You will be assessing the individual needs of clients for each job, and from time to time, visiting clients to help develop relationships and review client satisfaction.
Other duties of the Gallery Services Coordinator:
Keeping clients informed of any changes to costs and ensure all jobs are invoiced correctly
Tracking costs preparing invoices using the internal system
Schedule and track all services using the internal system
Liaising with clients and service departments such as transport, packing and case making, technical support etc, to ensure deliveries are of the highest quality
Deal with all changes regarding delivery schedules, ensuring all parties that may be affected are kept updated
The successful Gallery Services Coordinator will have experience working in a similar Logistics position, and general knowledge of UK transport routes, i.e. Air, Road and Sea.
We are looking for candidates who have experience managing jobs / projects, and experience dealing with delivery services end-to-end.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have excellent communication skills, and good computer literacy – especially with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software) and Microsoft Office.
