Our client, a corporate serviced apartment provider, is looking for a Guest Service Assistant to be based in West London.
You will be reporting directly into the Guest Services Manager and will be expected to provide the highest quality of customer service.
We are looking to hear from candidates who come from a serviced apartment/hotel or hospitality background and have been dealing with Guest Services/Reservations.
Working hours will be between 9am-7pm and will be on a Rota basis
Main duties of the Guest Service Assistant – Serviced Apartments:
Delivering memorable and genuine guest service
Understanding and anticipating the needs of our guests
Working with Maintenance, Sales and Operations teams to run a tight ship and make sure our beautiful apartments are cleaned and perfectly presented every time
Monitoring online customer reviews and making sure action is taken to improve staff standards and guest experience
Experience required for the Guest Service Assistant – Serviced Apartments:
Experience within serviced apartments, corporate housing or the hotel sector
Excellent customer service and attention to detail
