Our clients, a well-established brand specialising in removals, international shipping and storage, is currently looking to appoint a Move Manager to join their team in Leeds.
About the Role:
This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless moving experience. As a Move Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their relocation process, providing guidance, reassurance, and solutions.
Your focus will be on maintaining exceptional service standards, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to business success through proactive communication and service upselling.
Main duties:
Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
Take ownership of the customer journey from initial contact through to post-move follow-up
Provide tailored advice on services and recommend additional options to suit customer needs
Maintain high levels of customer service and communication to meet KPIs
Use initiative to resolve issues promptly and deliver positive outcomes
Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually enhance the service experience
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are addressed and satisfaction levels remain high
Keep current with internal processes, service offerings, and market trends
