Move Coordinator – Bedfordshire (England)

Position: Move Coordinator
Location: Bedfordshire 

Our client is a leading player in the relocation industry, offering tailored solutions for individuals and businesses moving internationally. They are currently seeking an experienced Move Coordinator to join their team in Bedfordshire.

Role overview:
As the Move Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of relocation projects, serving both private and corporate clients, including commercial relocations.
Your role will involve providing direct support to individuals moving internationally for personal or professional reasons, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the moving process, including HHG.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their move, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
Develop and execute detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the move.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each move.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding customs regulations and local resources.
Continuously seek ways to improve our moving services and enhance client satisfaction.

Skill & qualifications required:

Proven experience in move coordination or management.
Knowledge of Household Goods (HHG) logistics.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using move management software and tools.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
