We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our client, a Large International Removals company based in London.
Your role as the Operations Administrator will be to work alongside the Operations Manager, allocating road and warehouse crews via Moveware.
You will ensure crews are properly debriefed when they return to the yard, and help deal with all job sheets and paperwork, ensuring they are ready for the road crew.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders via email, over the phone and in person.
Other duties of the Operations Administrator:
Monitor and respond to any emails, dealing with any queries in a professional manner
Assist with the management of removal files, forwarding them onto the correct department
Build and develop working relationships with the company’s subcontractors
Deal with orders for crates
Book overnight accommodation and helping arrange money for nights out for road crews
Assist the Operations Manager with any ad hoc administrative tasks
Provide any holiday or absence cover when required
As the Operations Administrator, you will need to have proven experience working in an administrative role, ideally in a Logistics environment.

Working as an integral part of our busy Operations team this position is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the Operations department.
