Due to rapid growth in the Asia market, our client an International Relocation company is looking for an experienced Relocation & Immigration Consultant in Hong Kong.
As a Relocation & Immigration Consultant, you will deliver relocations and immigration services to the company’s client base, in turn delivering financial and operational value to the company and interacting with clients for the delivery of services to their employees.
This is a fully remote position, reporting to the management team in Singapore. You will provide support to all members of the company; advising the Relocation Manager/Director of process improvement / cost savings suggestions and assisting team colleagues on management of assignee files and update documentation when requested.
Relocation & Immigration Consultant duties include:
Managing assignee files, ensuring complete satisfaction from assignee and family and client by exceeding their service expectations.
Developing relationships with clients, assignees, and their families, taking detailed client briefs/needs analysis.
Liaising with letting agents, and realtors, supervising the preparation of property viewings, inventories, check-ins, tenancy agreements, renewal, and departures.
Managing school search programme.
To set up utilities and all concierge services.
To ensure any suitable issues are promptly escalated where appropriate to ensure corrective action can be taken.
Identify opportunities to cross sell the company’s services.
To update all client documentation upon receipt of new information, including ensuring databases are accurately kept up to date for clients to view and run reports from.
Full Immigration Management.
Assist with filling out applications forms/preparing application materials.
Checking visa documents and coordinating documents collection from clients and do submission.
Arranging appointments with immigration department.
Accompanying clients for on-site interview at immigration office if required.
Ensuring that the application process is handled smoothly and professionally.
Courier the visa label to assignees after approval and guide through the next steps e.g. visa activation, HKID card application.

In return, the successful Relocation & Immigration Consultant will be offered HKD 45,000 per month, with a 13th month salary, and a benefits package including insurance, medical cover and medical cover, as well as structured development plans.
