Our client, a Global Relocations/Moving company are looking for a Relocation Team leader to joint their team based in Middlesex, to provide high care to senior level executives and their families throughout their global assignment by providing them with support on international mobility knowhow.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the relocation industry and be a strong people manager. You will also have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
Duties of the Relocation Team leader:
Manage the client relationships on day to day issues
Provide coordination and care to high level relocating executives for our Corporate Clients
Being the single point of communication to clients
Providing the training, coaching and supporting alongside the Operations Manager
Face-to-face meetings during assignment as and when required, within reason, where possible
