Our client, a well-established removals company are looking for an experienced Removals Operations Candidate to join their team in Essex.
This is a great opportunity to join this removals company as the Operations Manager.
You could already be an experienced Operations Manager or perhaps be a current Controller/Supervisor who is looking for the next step in your career.
The focus of this position will be to oversee a small fleet of vehicles and crew and ensure the day to day operations run smoothly.
Main duties Removals Operations Manager:
Effectively manage the day to day local operations
Ensure cost effective delivery of service
Organising & running of the crews
Ensure profitability of the branch
Maintain the fleet of vehicles
Deal with all aspects of health & Safety, driving regulations and legislation
Experience/Skills required for the Removals Operations Manager:
Must have worked within removals
Strong operational experience
