We are currently seeking a Sales Estimator / Surveyor for our client located in the South-East of England, who specialise in international removals.
The role of the Sales Estimator / Surveyor will be to maintain positive and constructive relationships with customers, accounts, vendors, partners and other branches.
You will be liaising with current clients as well as dealing with new leads, selling services, and offering after sales support.
Other duties of the Sales Estimator / Surveyor:
Monitor shipment status, including accurate and timely updates of internal and external records
Accurately process invoices within the required timeframe to ensure that revenue levels are met
Selling the Company’s services effectively / promote marketing and additional services
Follow up on submitted quotations
The successful Sales Estimator / Surveyor will have previous sales experience, and good knowledge / experience of the Removals, Shipping or Courier industry.
Having excellent communication skills is a good attribute for this role, as you will be liaising with other branches, as well as with the internal sales team to ensure services provided are of the highest quality.
