Our client, an International Removal Company based in Surrey, is currently seeking a Trainee International Move Co-ordinator, this is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious Removals company who can offer you a long term career. In return, the company are offering a basic salary of £25-35K.
As a Trainee International Corporate Move Coordinator, you will be handling moves from start to finish on a day to day basis, dealing with International, private and corporate clients.
We are looking to hear from candidates who are now looking for a new challenge, perhaps within a new sector! You will need to have excellent administration and communication skills and would have ideally come from a transferable marker such as shipping, logistics or transport.
Main duties of the Trainee International Move Co-ordinator will include:
Dealing with the move from enquiry to destination.
Liaising with clients, shipping lines and suppliers.
Booking survey appointments.
Updating and maintaining all in house systems.
Experience/skills required for the Trainee International Move Co-ordinator:
2 years within an office environment.
Preferably experience within Shipping/Freight/Transport or Logistics.
Exposure to large corporate clients.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
