Transport Supervisor – Temp with potential to go permanent
Lutterworth (LE17)
£14.60 per hour / Equivalent to £30,500 FTE
Full-time, ideally 6am – 2pm (flexible hours available)

Are you a hands-on leader with transport experience? Our client is looking for a Transport Supervisor to oversee their busy operation in Lutterworth. This is a temporary role with the possibility of going permanent – ideal for someone looking to prove themselves in a fast-paced logistics environment.
The role:
Supervising 32 routes (3.5T vans)
Checking driver paperwork, monitoring performance, tracking speed etc.
Carrying out vehicle walkarounds and damage checks
Overseeing warehouse activity, including van loading (business supplies such as stationery, water coolers, facilities items)
Supporting drivers with queries and ensuring smooth operations
What we’re looking for:
Strong character with previous transport or distribution experience
Ability to supervise drivers and warehouse staff effectively
Knowledge of compliance, H&S and driver checks
Flexible and proactive approach
Hours: Ideally 6am – 2pm, but there is some flexibility available.
