Our client, a Freight Forwarding company, is currently seeking a Warehouse Client Account Manager for their busy warehouse office team in Essex.
The role of the Warehouse Client Account Manager is to monitor and manage large client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and adherence to contractual agreements.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouse clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Book and process orders using the Warehouse Managements System.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing client queries, providing updates, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively identify new opportunities to help enhance services and improve overall client satisfaction.
Ensure new inventory is accurately added to the company stock system.
Actively participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract renewals.
Deal with quotations.
The successful Warehouse Client Account Manager will have experience with day-to-day warehouse management of client accounts.
You will have experience in client account management or a related role within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Skills and experience required:
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
