4 tasty tips to get ya Taste Buds Rockin’.

Get some spices into ya!

Stir in cinnamon with plain yogurt.

Dip raw veggies into salsa or hot sauces.

Hint: hot peppers will rev your metabolism up, as well as adding taste…your partner will also love ya for it…you big stud muffin!

2.      You Sweet thing, you!

Time to get some natural sweeteners happenin’, like fruit, honey, and maple syrup.

Pop a pear, peach or persimmon into your bag for break time.

Remember not to sit on your bag, or its fruit salad for you!

Got a sink nearby, fang into a ripe mango!

Need a satisfying early morning snack?

Drizzle some “real” maple syrup over your porridge or weetbix.

3.      Get Tricky and Mix Things Up!

Chuck out the Peanut butter, and get some Almond or Cashew butter.

Spread some on your toast or on an apple.

What about some celery sticks with Caviar or creamed cheese and pumpkin seeds?
