Our client, who provide road transport services to and from all parts of Europe, are looking for a EU Roadfreight Operator to join their busy team in Birmingham.
As the EU Roadfreight Operator, you will be monitoring drivers/vehicles to ensure loading and unloading on time, providing swift loading/unloading information and identifying discrepancies, and arranging customs entries and clearances.
We’re keen to speak with bright, friendly and loyal candidates who have good working knowledge of EU Roadfreight, computer competent and good knowledge of Customs Procedures.
Duties of an EU Roadfreight Operator:
Maintaining accurate job files and keeping detailed update notes.
Identifying potential problems and acting before they materialise.
Raising job files.
Rate negotiation.
Invoicing.
They do have an in-house IT system for which full training will be given so no experience on this is necessary.
