Our client, an International Removals Company, is looking for an experienced International Move Co-ordinator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive company who can offer growth for the future.
Based within the customer service team, you will have a very hands on role with the clients and will ensure their moves go as smooth as possible. This will be a mix of Corporate, Domestic and European moves.
We are very interested to hear from any candidates who already have experience within Move Co-ordination.
Main Duties of The International Move Co-ordinator will be:
Confirm, process and oversee all new move bookings from the sales team
Ensure understanding of move requirements and key customer needs
Respond to customer enquiries quickly and clearly
To ensure accurate and professional sales quotations are submitted within 24 hours of the survey date
Liaise with sales and operations to manage and solve any issues arising whilst maintaining responsibility and control of the move
Escalate move day problems where required as appropriate (i.e. inform Line Manager / Compliance Manager of any claims/ unresolved complaints)
Oversee the door to door move, managing all parties involved (liaising where necessary with crew, shipping line, hauliers, agents, third parties) and maintaining control and responsibility for service delivery
Understanding the customers’ needs and improve the customer experience
Manage any issues or concerns raised by the customer, liaising with the Crew members and the operations and transport team as necessary
Management of customer service issues and liaising with the Compliance Manager as necessary
Experience required for the International Move Co-ordinator:
Must have experience in the International removals sector and dealt with all types of moves including Import/export and some corporate
Excellent customer service skills
