Our client, an international moving specialist, is currently seeking a Removals Operations Manager to join their team in London.
The role of Removals Operations Manager is to manage the daily removals operations, managing the removals diary, planning employee schedules, keeping track of all duties, arrival times and issues of all staff.
You will be arranging services with third parties, evaluating the requirements of each job, assigning appropriate workers and vehicles.
Main duties of the Removals Operations Manager:
Arranging the arrival and departure of shipments moving from the warehouse.
Pass job costings over to the transfer managers.
Ensure any parking exemptions or suspensions are clearly defined.
Compare different prices of services from Removals partners.
Ensure client satisfaction and continuously maintain the company’s portfolio.
The successful Removals Operations Manager will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ operational experience within the Removals industry.
Requirements:
Previous experience managing Removal operations.
Must have a full forklift licence.
Extremely organised.
Excellent IT skills.
