Adam is an experienced people manager who has spent the last 15 years working with and developing geographically and culturally diverse teams throughout the UK and across the world within the international transport industry.
He has broad experience in leadership, recruitment, multi-site P&L management, HR issues, team motivation, coaching and re-structuring. Having held senior operational and commercial positions, he has worked on and driven process improvement from both angles. An experienced project manager, he has run and responded to many international transport procurement projects. From his time living and working in France, Adam has excellent French language skills and also has a good a command of German and Italian.
