With over 25 years experience in the Logistics sector, Stuart has held many senior board positions with companies such as Target Express, City Link, Nightfreight and DX (Group) Plc.
His career started in 1988 spending 9 years with TNT Express before moving to Target Express in 1997. In the role of Sales & Marketing Director he was part of the team that sold the business in 2006 to Rentokil Initial Plc for £210m. The merger of Target Express with City Link started the following year and Stuart took over as Managing Director in 2009.
In 2011 he joined the DX team supporting the acquisition of Nightfreight where he took the position of Chief Operating Officer and in 2013 Nightfreight was rebranded DX Freight. In July 2014 Stuart took over the role of Chief Strategy Officer, DX (Group) Plc whereby he is responsible for the future growth strategy of the business, and as of July 2015 he became responsible for the development and marketing of DX's services.
