New finance conference to help form logistics businesses’ strategies

With costs escalating nationwide, businesses’ finances are a key priority. As a result, Logistics UK has today announced its brand new one-day event ‘Logistics Finance Forum’ aimed at industry leaders.

To be held at 116 Pall Mall, London from 09:00–16:00 on 12 September 2023, the event – sponsored by award-winning supply chain finance platform, Demica – will explore the importance of cost management for streamlining logistics operations and will provide the insight and information needed to form business strategy, as well as the opportunity to network with industry counterparts.

We are delighted to be hosting this brand-new event. Like many other sectors of the economy, costs are a key concern among industry. This event aims to provide businesses leaders with the information they need to make the strategical decisions that will impact their operations long term.

With an expert line-up consisting of speakers from HSBC, The Financial Times, Evri, Volvo Trucks and many more, this really does promise to be an insightful event filled with lively discussions.

Chairing the conference will be industry leader and President of Logistics UK, Phil Roe

Logistics UK’s Logistics Finance Forum will include topics such as productivity and efficiency in logistics, funding and financing decarbonisation, liquidity management and working capital finance solutions, and a look to the future with a panel debate exploring investment in innovation and skills and its importance for financial growth in the long run, as well as a whole sector overview.
