We are currently recruiting for our client, a domiciliary care and support provider located just outside Braintree, who are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their team.
Your role as the Internal Recruiter will be to source and process new and potential candidates for various roles.
You will be reviewing applications, and conducting interviews, both online and face-to-face to get information on candidates such as employment history, job skills, education, training and any salary requirements.
Other duties of the Internal Recruiter:
Managing job adverts, ensuring they are all kept up to date
Use online recruitment methods i.e. social media and job boards
Obtaining references for new staff
Send out application packs, offer letters, rejection letters etc.
Liaise with payroll to discuss new starters and leavers
Dealing with general filing and putting new starters onto the database
Send out new contracts of employment
Conduct exit interviews
To be a successful Internal Recruiter , you will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ recruitment experience, and previous experience using online job boards and social media.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have knowledge of high volume recruitment.
Having excellent communication skills, and strong IT knowledge is a key attribute for this role.
