Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities for the role of International Move Coordinator
– Expertly guide clients through customs documentation, transit schedules, and other requirements, offering high-quality assistance.
– Demonstrate proficiency in handling various modes of transportation, including sea, air, and road freight, for both outbound and inbound shipments.
– Prepare and manage customs documentation and transit schedules to facilitate smooth relocations.
– Compile crew delivery paperwork and ensure all essential details are communicated effectively to the team.
– Identify and recommend additional service options based on clients’ unique needs.
– Act as a central point of coordination between clients, our operations team, and the crew throughout the relocation process.
– Provide crucial administrative support for sales, invoicing, and billing documentation.
– Handle various administrative duties, including responding to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
– Verify client acceptance and manage any other relevant paperwork efficiently.
**Qualifications and Requirements for the role of International Move Coordinator :**
