Our client, a well-established International Removals Company, is currently looking to recruit a Junior Relocation / Move Consultant to join their team in Greater London.
The main purpose of the Junior Relocation / Move Consultant is to provide administrative assistance with Relocation Services and help coordinate moves.
Your role will be to help manage clients, suppliers and partners, ensuring that all services supplied meet the clients requirements.
Other key duties of the Junior Relocation / Move Consultant:
Assist the team by working with clients and individual assignees on their moves.
Ensure all administrative tasks are complete correctly
Ensure the database and all relevant paperwork is kept up to date on a day-to-day basis.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Manager.
To be a successful Junior Relocation / Move Consultant, you will need to have a background in a Customer Service focused role, ideally within the Removals or Relocations industry.
Having excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) is also a good attribute for this role.
