As an Administrative Receptionist, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operations of our clients business. You will handle receptionist duties, oversee administrative tasks, conduct car fleet checks, and provide crucial support in recruitment processes Additionally, you will assist the management team in maintaining staff coverage and participate in formal meetings as a note-taker

Administrative Receptionist Key Duties include:

Reception assistance including welcoming visitors and managing inquiries
Conducting car fleet checks to ensure operational readiness
General administrative support, including data entry and filing
Assisting in recruitment efforts and liaising with agencies
Collaborating with the management team to organise staff coverage
Taking comprehensive notes during meetings

Skills Required:

Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent organizational abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Capacity to collaborate within a team environment and support colleagues
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word

Essential Qualifications:

Fluency in spoken and written English, with the right to work in the UK
GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
Competency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
