Our client a removal and shipping company are currently seeking to employ an Import Co-ordinator.
Good knowledge of import documentation and procedures is essential.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Removals Import Co-ordinator:
Handle import clients and their goods that are moving to the UK
Liaise with clients shipping lines and delivery teams
Ensuring paperwork is in order
Assisting with transport
Organising collection and delivery of shipments
Updating and maintaining accurate information on company’s removal system Co-ordinating movements of goods
Working closely with warehouse and all other departments
The ideal candidate for the Removals Import Co-ordinator will have:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous import/removals experience
Proficient in MS Office
