Our client, an International Moving company is currently seeking a Senior Move Coordinator to join their growing team in in the Frankfurt area.
This is partly remote / hybrid role, but you must be located near to Frankfurt as there is an element of working in the office too.
As the Senior Move Coordinator, you will be working with a diverse team of Move Coordinators, managing the day-to-day activities such as organising pre-move consultations to help plan the steps required for the move, and ensure clients are being provided with the highest quality of customer service.
You will be overseeing activities carried out by third party suppliers regarding the process of moves, this includes the transfer and the recovery of clients’ goods.
Main duties of the Senior Move Coordinator:
Liaise with clients to provide company offers and turn customer enquiries into bookings.
Maintain regular contact with clients, providing timely information for the duration of the move.
Work alongside suppliers to ensure all problems are properly resolved.
Deal with payments related to assignments such as expenses and invoices.
Ensure the operating system is kept accurate and up to date.
The successful Senior Move Coordinator will need to have at least 2 years’ experience working as a Senior Move Coordinator gained within an International Moving company.
You must be fluent in German and English.
Experience required:
Must have strong experience working within the moving industry or similar.
Good knowledge of IT applications (Microsoft Office and other related platforms).
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
