Art Logistics Coordinator – Camberwell (England)

Our client is a leading name in the field of art logistics, renowned for their exceptional services and commitment to preserving and transporting valuable works of art. We work with renowned artists, galleries, and collectors worldwide, ensuring the safe and secure handling of priceless masterpieces.

As a Fine Art Logistics Coordinator, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Logistics and Installation Manager, and you will play a key part in coordinating all technical and logistical projects and all movements across all London Studios.  

 

Your responsibilities will include:  

Scheduling installations and planning of all installations with the technical team and or the technical manager and booking in jobs from different departments,  
Scheduling and day to day Management to the technicians. Giving clear and concise direction to all the technical team.  
Keep clear records of collection and delivery and all relevant paperwork.  

 

You will need good interpersonal skills and be good at working under pressure. 

 

The Person:  

You must be proactive and have a flexible approach to work. 
Take initiative, must be highly organized and be an exceptionally good problem-solver.   
You must have 3 years of proven experience in an art logistics role. 
Be able to occasionally work out of hours to ensure the job is complete.    
You will need to be able to manage multiple jobs at the same time and work to deadlines.  
Good at working in a team. 
Have a full driving licence. 
Computer literate with a knowledge and understanding of all Microsoft Office packages.
