**Responsibilities of the Office and Security Manager:**
Overseeing general office operation
Security Manager / Cargo Security Manager – CAA / Security / Security training
Employee background checks and Employee Identity cards
Coordinate security measures and employee identity verification
Maintain office filing systems and oversee cleaning services
Manage office supplies and equipment procurement
Process invoices and manage office budgets
Assist with health & safety compliance
Support administrative tasks and assist with office layout planning
