We are currently seeking a Removals Sales Consultant for our client based in Warwickshire, who specialise in Corporate International Moves.
As the Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling Relocation services for clients. You will be managing the relocation process, coordinating all services and ensuring clients are receiving the highest quality service.
Duties continued:
Acting as the main point of contact for the clients
Managing the delivery of services, including household goods
Liaising with the delivery services to ensure the smooth running of moves
The successful Removals Sales Consultant will have previous industry experience, and at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role. Having experience within the Shipping, Freight or Logistics industries would also be considered.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have a minimum of 3 years’ telesales experience, and ideally, experience with Moveware software.
Training and experience:
OH&S Essentials, Slips, Trips & Falls, Manual Handling and GDPR training
DBS check – mandatory
Strong customer service skills
Good communication skills
