Our client, a business supplier of natural food and ingredients are looking for a Shipping Admin Clerk to join their team based in London.
Successful Shipping Admin Clerks have previous experience working within the Shipping industry, excellent communication skills with a dedication to excellent customer service and a desire to improve the Gross profit margins are required.
Shipping Admin Clerk duties:
Organising shipping docs
Logging and distributing shipping documentation
Inputting invoices onto Sage
Data input, filing and archiving
Other ad hoc duties as they arise to support the business
Experience required for a Shipping Admin Clerk:
Excellent time management – Handling multiple urgent tasks whilst having the ability to constantly prioritise your incoming workload
