We are currently seeking a Trade Logistics Coordinator for our client based in Warwickshire, who specialise in Corporate International Moves.
Your role as the Trade Logistics Coordinator will be to handle all international moving services for trade and corporate clients, providing them with advice, information and first class assistance.
Other duties of the Trade Logistics Coordinator:
Manage Freight Capacity / Bookings
Ensure all shipments are carried out correctly
Produce invoices to clients and corporate accounts
Liaise with insurance brokers and client in the event of a claim
The successful Trade Logistics Coordinator will have previous industry experience, and at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role. Having experience within the Shipping, Freight or Logistics industries would also be considered.
Training and experience:
OH&S Essentials, Slips, Trips & Falls, Manual Handling and GDPR training
DBS check – mandatory
Ideally – Moveware software experience
First class customer service skills
