Corporate Move/Relocation Consultant – London – £28-35k – VR/22118
Our client an International removals/relocation company are looking for an experienced removals candidate who ideally also has some relocation knowledge to join this team in London ASAP.
Corporate Move/Relocation Consultant Main Duties include:
- Providing a positive and enjoyable international relocation experience for the relocating employees
- Delivering a thorough explanation of the relocation process and of global mobility policies to the assignee
- Learning and understanding a clients global mobility program
- Carry out the pre assignment briefing and client policy review (where relevant) with transferring employee
- Assisting in researching additional relocation support services, information, documents for assignees, etc.
- Liaising with vendors regarding the international relocation assistance including; household goods movers, serviced accommodation providers, destination services agents, immigration law firms, language trainers etc.
- Delivering Destination Services where required
- Serving as main point of coordination between service partners and the relocating assignee
- Understanding and managing the costs and expenses connected to relocation deliverables
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of services
Skills Required from Corporate Move/Relocation Consultant:
- A basic knowledge of the international relocation process
- A passion for customer and client services with a can do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Keeps calm under pressure and performs well under strict deadlines
- Highly organised
In return, the successful Corporate Move/Relocation Consultant will receive a salary in the region of £28k to £35k, depending on skills and experience.
