We are currently looking for an experienced Removals Warehouse Supervisor for our client, a high-end Removals company based in Uxbridge UB8. You will be required to assist with managing their team and organising daily and quarterly plans. The successful Warehouse Supervisor will receive a salary of up to £35K DOE plus bonus and benefits.
As the Removals Warehouse Supervisor, you will be helping to manage weekly staff rotas and vehicle logistics. On a daily basis, you’ll be dealing directly with clients to ensure they are updated with any queries etc. and leading / motivating the team or individuals you are working with ensuring all are aware of daily tasks required.
The successful candidate will have previous supervisor experience in a warehouse position as well as good knowledge of inventory and physical stamina, and the ability to lift heavy boxes.
Duties of a Removals Warehouse Supervisor:
Customer service with clients face-to-face and over the telephone.
Warehouse experience managing loads and storage when coming into the depot.
Ensuring all paper work is completed for all jobs taken and completed and filed as necessary
Assisting the team with deliveries and dealing with any associated issues/queries
Experience required for a Removals Warehouse Supervisor:
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A forklift licence is advantageous
