We are currently recruiting for our client, a well-established International Removals Company, who are seeking an International Move Coordinator to join their team in Greater London.
As the International Move Coordinator, you will coordinate the logistics of moves, ensuring they are all complete correctly and on time.
Your role will be to manage schedules for moves, ensuring removals crew are provided with instructions and are aware of clients’ requirements.
You will be focussing on the international aspects such as Imports / Exports / European and may also include UK movements.
Other duties of the International Move Coordinator:
Ensure clients are kept informed with introductory calls.
Help manage all storage facility requirements.
Deal with client queries and complaints.
Work alongside a team of surveyors, providing clients with quotations and invoices.
General administration; data entry, filing, emailing, coordination support.
To be the successful International Move Coordinator, you will need to have strong experience working within the Removals industry, preferably in a similar role.
We are keen to hear from self-motivated candidates who have excellent organisations skills, and ideally, some knowledge/experience of Logistics.
Having previous experience of using a CRM system and excellent IT skills – especially Excel and Word are good attributes for this role.
