A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Clients and Storage Administrator to join our client based in London, who specialise in Fine Art moving.
The successful Private Clients and Storage Administrator will have previous Fine Art Shipping experience, along with exceptional customer service skills as you will be dealing with important clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be working within the Private Clients and Storage Department, dealing with all administrative tasks such as answering the phone and ensure all data is put on the system.
Your role as the Private Clients and Storage Administrator will be to maintain client relationships and expectations, assisting with enquiries and interacting with clients via phone, emails and face-to-face.
Duties continued:
Liaise with the head of department with problems and issues
Communicate with all office and warehouse staff
Work within other departments and away from base
Any other ad hoc duties as required
