A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our client based in Worcestershire, who provide International Transport solutions by Air, Road and Sea.
Your role as the Sales Support Coordinator will be to manage client accounts, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and reviving dormant clients’ accounts, maximising the business potential.
Other duties of the Sales Support Coordinator:
Ensuring that the quotes are completed correctly and are followed up
Drafting and sending sales correspondence
Negotiating rate with clients and or suppliers
The successful Sales Support Coordinator will have previous Customer Service or Sales experience with ideally some Export Sales experience.
You will need to have experience managing key accounts, with proven success developing relationships.
We are keen to speak with confident and driven candidates who have good administrative skills with excellent IT skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and PowerPoint.
