Our client, a leading customs brokerage, are currently looking for an Admin Clerk for their team based in Felixstowe, to oversee the smooth processing of all New Customer jobs, log and process work in a timely manner and to ensure that all Customer requirements and KPI’s are met by the entry team.
This is a pivotal role that requires attention to detail and being able to work to a process while being able to think about how the processes can be improved.
As the Admin Clerk, you will be creating folders and ensuring that all the data is present for entries to be completed, logging all information on the relevant customer log to get unique consignment references and ensuring the Mailbox is cleared by the end of business each day, turning around information to ensure all Customer KPI deadlines can be hit by entry clerks.
We are keen to speak with proactive and confident candidates that have strong communication skills.
Admin Clerk duties:
Support the CFSP month end procedure
Customer Month end Document close off by uploading all completed files to customer SharePoint
Using PDF Merger tool to combine customer documentation
Compiling entry data to produce the charge sheets to be used as back up when invoiced
Admin Clerk skills:
Accurate and considered work – compliance is key
Creative thinker, problem solver and shows initiative
Completes personal goals (agreed with line manager)
